This series of devices use liquid nitrogen, PSA pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production, membrane separation nitrogen production ordinary nitrogen as raw material, through catalytic adsorption, condensation, adsorption secondary drying, filtration,to remove impurities in nitrogen oxygen, carbon dioxide, moisture and dust , to obtain high-purity nitrogen. When the user has special requirements for the hydrogen content in pure nitrogen, the hydrogen content in nitrogen can be controlled by technological means. If the oxygen content of the raw nitrogen exceeds 0.1%, hydrogen-free high-purity nitrogen can be obtained by deoxygenation and dehydrogenation.
In view of the user's requirements for the final nitrogen, this device adopts a special small particle catalyst and a two-stage parallel device to ensure the final pure gas oxygen content and dew point requirements of the device. The disadvantage is that the pressure drop is a bit high, about 0.1mpa This scheme adopts chemical deoxidization process, adding trace hydrogen for regeneration.
Process flow introduction
The device adopts a duplex process, one group works at the same time and the other group regenerates, the two towers work alternately, and the regeneration cycle is 24 hours to ensure the continuous gas supply of the equipment. The device is fully automatic design, fully automatic operation according to the built-in program, one-key start, one-key regeneration, to achieve unattended and labor-saving.
The raw nitrogen first passes through the carbon monoxide combustion tower and uses a special catalyst to catalyze combustion to generate carbon dioxide, which is adsorbed and removed by the deaerator to remove the oxygen in the nitrogen, and then the moisture and some carbon compounds in the raw nitrogen are adsorbed and removed by the dryer, and the obtained dry purity is extremely high. The nitrogen is sent to the process point through the filter for use.
Introduction of Duplex Process in Deoxygenation and Drying Stage
The raw nitrogen gas first enters the group I deaerator and dryer through the raw gas flow meter through the group I inlet valve to adsorb and remove the oxygen, moisture and some carbon-based substances in the raw material nitrogen to obtain dry high-purity nitrogen, and then pass through The filter is sent to the process point for use.
Take a part of the dry nitrogen gas through the regeneration flowmeter and add a small amount of hydrogen to regenerate the deaerator and dryer, the regeneration gas is vented through the vent valve, stop heating after the regeneration, and wait for the first group to work for 24 hours. Perform job regeneration.
