The fixed cycle is 168 hours,energy-saving and high-efficiency, and the quality of pure gas is guaranteed to the greatest extent. The high-efficiency adsorbent can be reused after regeneration in the product. It is suitable for major production sectors such as semiconductors,microelectronics, optical fibers, and picture tubes that require a large amount of high-purity oxygen.
