Overview of the recycling process
The argon purification and recovery device is to pass the argon gas containing various impurities (the recovery pressure is
slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure) originally discharged into the atmosphere directly through the primary filter dust and backflushing recovery device, precision secondary filtration, pressurized by the compressor, and refrigerated. The dryer is dehydrated, the oxygen scavenger is deoxygenated, and the drying equipment is deeply adsorbed to remove trace oxygen, moisture and trace impurities in the argon gas, and obtain extremely high purity argon gas, which is finally sent to the working point through the precious metal precision filte.

Primary Filtration Backflushing and Recovery Device--Precision Filter--Compressor--Freeze Dryer--Precision Filter--Purification Device--Precision Filtration--Storage Tank--Working Point.
