Brief description:
JYBO handheld XRF spectrometers use X-ray fluorescence technology to analysis the composition of a sample material by measuring the characteristic X-ray energies of the elements in the sample. Different characteristic X-rays of elements are excited when X-rays irradiate the sample. The type and amounts of elements in the sample can be determined by detecting the energy and amount of these characteristic X-rays.
Analytical speed and accuracy: with fast analytical speed and accuracy. In a short time, it can quickly determine the content of many elements in the sample with high precision and accuracy.
Wide application range: widely used in geology, minerals, materials, environmental protection and other fields. It can be used to analysis the types and contents of elements in various metal materials, alloys, soils, ores, ceramics and other samples.
