The working principle of the equipment
The device integrates hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, oxygen, helium, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane and other eight-element single gas pipelines and control methods in one, fully automatic control, intelligent selection of gas distribution types, and chromatograph verification after gas distribution is completed. After correct, it is stored in the touch screen database, and it can complete about 60 kinds of commonly used mixed standard gases, laser gases, multi-specialty gases, etc., and complete the complex gas distribution process with simple operations. Completely eliminate the disadvantages of the pressure sensor response delay and lag, and give full play to its best characteristics.
The equipment inlet is equipped with eight groups of G5/8 threaded ports, and high-pressure hoses are integrated. Each inlet end is centrally connected to a single outlet end, and the outlet end is provided with a sampling port and an unqualified gas discharge port, which are measured by various high-precision digital gas pressure sensors. And control the pressure of the gas that needs to be proportioned, so as to control the amount of gas injected to proportion the percentage of mixed gas. The gas that needs to be proportioned in each channel is composed of a high-pressure pneumatic valve and a pressure sensor. When the set pressure is reached, the valve is automatically closed and the gas input is stopped. The proportioning is automatically controlled by PLC, and the touch screen displays the proportioning process and parameters in real time. The pressure proportioning has the following advantages and is mainly used for large flow proportioning.

1. The proportioning gas volume is large and the pressure is high, and the cylinder gas can be directly proportioned.
2. The accuracy of the pressure sensor can reach up to 0.1%, and the gas distribution error is extremely small.
3. The control program is simple, and it runs automatically after setting parameters.
4. The matching cabinet is cheaper than the flow ratio. 5. The program can set any input box, and set the gas composition and pressure adjustment independently.
Main components and functions of the equipment
Mass flow controller (American Elekert or German Baode); it is the control mechanism of this system, its action is directly
controlled by the actuator, and it is the key component of the mixing ratio of hydrogen and nitrogen.
Methane analyzer (Xi'an Instrument); it is the detection mechanism of this equipment (the small flow meter is the flow controller of the methane analyzer), which displays the percentage content of methane in the proportioning gas and monitors the methane content in the mixed gas in real time.
Intelligent display regulator (Alicate); it is the controller of the equipment, which compares the current signal of the methane analyzer with the set value, and converts the calculation result into the 4-20mA current signal required by the actuator. The intelligent display regulator has a mixed gas concentration alarm output.
Proportioning flowmeter; display the real-time flow of the mixed proportioning gas. 6. Pressure controller; there is an alarm
output for nitrogen pressure, and the methane gas inlet is closed to ensure that the methane gas concentration at the working point will not exceed the standard.
