How the device works
The imported mass flow controller is used to control the volume flow of the gas for binary mixing and proportioning. At the same time, a hydrogen analyzer is equipped to monitor the single or multiple gas concentration of the mixed gas online to ensure the proportioning ratio and the proportion of the mixed gas in the hydrogen analysis. The maximum range of analyzer analysis can be set at will, and the adjustment is simple, convenient and intuitive.
Control method: It adopts well-known brand programmer and touch screen control to display the proportioning process, proportioning ratio, working pressure alarm parameters and other information in real time, making the operation simple and clear. The control adopts the communication control between the program controller and the mass flow controller to ensure the accuracy of the proportioning. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a manual operation display device, which can manually adjust the proportioning ratio.Main components and functions of the equipment
1. Mass flow controller (American Alikite or German Baode); it is the control mechanism of this system, and its actions are
directly controlled by the actuator. It is the key component of the mixing ratio of hydrogen and nitrogen.
2. Hydrogen analyzer (Xi'an Instrument); it is the detection mechanism of this equipment (the small flow meter is the flow
controller of the hydrogen analyzer), which displays the percentage of hydrogen in the proportioning gas and monitors the hydrogen content in the mixture in real time.
3. Intelligent display regulator (Alikate); it is the controller of the equipment, which compares the current signal of the
hydrogen analyzer with the set value, and converts the calculation result into the 4-20mA current signal required by the actuator.The intelligent display regulator has a mixed gas concentration alarm output.
4. Mixing tank (304); mix and proportion hydrogen and nitrogen and do small buffering.
5. Proportional flow meter; display the real-time flow of the mixed proportioning gas.
6. Pressure controller; there is an alarm output for nitrogen pressure, and the hydrogen inlet is closed to ensure that the
hydrogen concentration at the working point will not exceed the standard.
