Overview
There are two ways to obtain the carrier gas of 6 9s. One is to directly purchase bottled high-purity gas with a purity of 6 9s,and the other is to use a gas purifier to increase the gas purity of 4-5 9s to more than 6 9s.

Nitrogen purification method
There are two groups of working groups for the work of the device, and the filled purification materials are renewable and
reusable materials. After the raw material liquid nitrogen is vaporized by the vaporizer, it enters a working group of the
equipment from the working inlet of the equipment, and is sent to the working point after passing through the deoxidizer,
molecular sieve and precision high-efficiency filter (0.1µm). After one group of working groups is saturated, switch to another group of working groups to ensure continuous supply of high-purity nitrogen to the point of use. At the same time, a group of working groups began to regenerate, heat, and hydrogenate backflushing (the hydrogenation of this system is to reduce the deoxidizer, and the equipment will be automatically flushed and directly vented after the hydrogenation is completed), so as to prepare for the next switching use. The device works at room temperature, with small pressure drop, deep deoxidation, and low carbon water content, all of which can reach and exceed the GB high-purity nitrogen standard.
